  This Lakeside Series park model is just like model 8043K but without the loft. It has all of the major necessities, and it gives you a taste of residential living. The kitchen's hutch will store many dishes that are needed to prepare and serve meals, and the 18-cubic foot refrigerator can hold onto the foods you need to feed your family. Keep your clothing stored away in the bedroom's two closets with drawers, and keep your towels in the bathroom's linen closet. A hide-a-bed sofa and swivel rocker chair give you places to sit down and relax in the living room, and you can come and go as you please through the patio door. 

   

  There are countless ways you can enjoy the Kropf Industries Lakeside Series park model! You can enjoy it as a cabin in the woods, or you can stay closer to civilization and use it as a party center. The construction consists of 2x4 sidewall framing 16” O.C., a bay window front end, 5/8” marine-grade plywood decking screwed and glued, an enclosed underbelly, a 10" I-beam chassis with full outriggers, and a detachable hitch. There are residential thermopane windows with designer drapes and linoleum flooring throughout. You'll find mirrored wardrobe doors in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. There is a 50 AMP electric service with heavy-duty power connection, and each model has been prepped for central air.
